2023 Annual Report

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation. In that time, the Foundation has grown to better meet health needs across our region by expanding programs, growing assistance funds, and collaborating with dozens of additional non-profit and governmental agencies in all 14 counties of the Upper Cumberland.

Thanks to caring donors, this past year we were able to help 2,530 local residents struggling with disease, sickness or injury. That is a record number of neighbors helped and we are so grateful to our many supporters and partners for making that possible.

Here are a few highlights:

  • Stacey, single mother of young daughter with seizures given home therapy equipment
  • Brandon, rural resident received transportation back and forth to ongoing chemotherapy
  • Paul, limited income senior in hospice, given help with utilities and rent
  • Macy, young worker with no dental insurance, received help with tooth extraction
  • Jo, pediatric patient given new shoes and groceries for family
  • Steven, past smoker (clean 20 years) received help for lung cancer screening
  • Doug, paralyzed in accident, given wheelchair, home-hospital bed and home supplies

There are thousands of stories like those above. Lives altered through generosity shown by our supporters. From medical services to home needs, the Foundation is able to compassionately respond to health emergencies thanks to caring donors, volunteers and community partners.

Together; we are providing hope and healing to hundreds of local families every month. Thank you for working with us. Our Foundation is compassionate care.
