Upper Cumberland Clinic

Supporting Remote Area Medical Care in our Community

The next Clinic will be held March 20 and 21, 2021 at Cookeville High School.

A committed group of community volunteers is working hard to organization and support the Upper Cumberland Clinic in collaboration with Remote Area Medical (RAM). RAM provides basic preventative medical, dental and vision care free to mostly working poor, impoverished and uninsured individuals and families. The Free Clinic is open to the public. Anyone is welcome.

The Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation collects funds restricted to support this clinic and the activities led by the local community host group. Your donation is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. One hundred percent of your gift will be used in support of the Upper Cumberland Clinic.

Our goal is to reach $15,000 in donations for the upcoming clinic. Any remaining funds will go toward offering charitable healthcare services for our local community, such as additional free medical clinics. No donations will be used for staff or overhead expenses. Checks can be made to "CRMC Foundation" and mailed to 1 Medical Center Blvd., Cookeville, TN 38501. Please note "Clinic" on the check.
